As summer heats up, acclaimed Northern Chinese restaurant, Hutong, is excited to introduce its new limited-edition Golden Hour Menu. Crafted to offer the ultimate summer experience, this menu promises a delightful culinary journey, blending traditional flavors with contemporary flair. 

As the sun sets, Hutong invites guests to escape the heat and unwind in its serene setting. Guests can indulge in a leisurely 3-course dinner, paired with an elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The Golden Hour Menu provides a unique opportunity to savor a selection of Hutong’s signature dishes, meticulously crafted to offer a memorable dining experience. Highlighting the rich and diverse flavours of Northern Chinese cuisine, this menu provides a feast for both the palate and the senses. 

Start with the crowd favorite Hutong Prawn Roll, a must-try appetiser featuring succulent prawns wrapped in a delicate, crispy roll. For the mains, don’t miss out on the Crispy Cod, an exquisite dish with sweet black vinegar glaze, perfectly balancing savory and sweet notes, or the aromatic Beef Rib, a tender delicacy wrapped in lotus leaves. For those who love truffle, you can also opt for the savoury Truffle Kou Shui Chicken and for an extra Hutong touch, guests can add-on a half or full portion of the iconic Roasted Peking Duck.

To end the dining experience on a sweet note, choose between the Bao and Soy dessert, featuring sesame ganache, sesame biscuit, sesame praline, salted caramel, and soy ice cream, or the Jasmine Nest, which offers Jasmine mousse, yuzu curd, chocolate sponge, and a delicate meringue shell.
