DIFCA (Gate Avenue) Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is valid for all stores and restaurants in the Gate Avenue, DIFC only.
   
2. The digital raffle draw will be conducted at the end of the campaign period i.e. 15 July and only one winner will be announced.
   
3. The winner will be contacted by the DIFC Marketing team on the contact number/email provided at the time of submitting their receipts.
   
4. The winner must claim their prize with two-weeks of being contacted and receiving an official email from the DIFC Marketing team. Should the prize remain unclaimed for more than two weeks, DIFCA have the right to reconduct the draw and reward the prize to another winner.
   
5. The winner must provide a valid EID at the time of collecting their prize.
6. Supermarket and pharmacy receipts will not be eligible for this campaign and will be excluded. 
   
7. DIFCA employees and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the draw.
   
8. The AED 100 spend can be cumulative and up to 3 receipts can be uploaded as long as the spend has taken place on the same day.
   
9. The package is valid from Monday 1 July 2024 to Tuesday 31 December 2024. All bookings and travel must be done with Musafir before 31 December 2024.
   
10. DIFCA’s standard Force Majeure and Indemnity clauses are applied to these offers

     4. Visa Cost
     5. Travel Insurance
     6. Any guided city tour

     8. Anything else which is not mentioned in the “Inclusion” section
     9. The package is valid from Monday 1 July 2024 to Tuesday 31 December 2024. All bookings and travel must be done with Musafir before 31 December 2024.
        
        
2. Morocco Holiday package can be redeemed by sending an email with contact details and Emirates ID copy to holidays@musafir.com. Alternatively, you can visit the musafir.com branch in DIFC.
   
   
3. This Morocco holiday package may be redeemed against a specific offer as mentioned above in the inclusion section.
   
4. The Morocco holiday package can be redeemed and used (booking & travel) on and before Tuesday 31 December 2024 for departures from Dubai only.
   
5. The Morocco holiday package does not have any monetary value that permits its use as currency and cannot be separated, transferred, reused, changed, exchanged, or refunded in part or in entirety if partly used or not used at all.
   
6. The holiday package offer is not valid during peak dates such as weekends and public holidays.
   
7. Musafir.com’s standard Force Majeure & Indemnity clauses are applied to these offers.
   
8. This Morocco holiday package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, promotion, combination package or any similar stacked products.
   
9. In case the deal is not available on the requested date, alternate available dates will be provided within the validity period i.e. 31 December 2024.
   
10. A minimum of 20 working days' notice is required before redeeming any services.
    
11. Once the package is booked changes there will not be any cancellations or postponing of any of the items within the packages.
